If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and believe it’s been greatly misrepresented, please, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! My email is email@example.com
Items may only be returned if done so within 3 days of receipt. Items must be returned un-used and in the same condition they were sent. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Refunds will be made once the items are received by me.
I do my best to photograph and describe each item so that you know what you are purchasing. I have made every effort to depict colors accurately however, due to the various displays and color capabilities of computer monitors, the color of some items may not be exactly the same as the actual item. Please contact me if you have any questions!
Please take note of the dimensions of each scarf and pouch you intend to order, as not all similar items are created with equal measurements.
Each item is handmade by me and may bear a few love marks and irregularities across similar items.
Please consider these things when you are ordering.

For US orders, items are sent via USPS First-Class mail and include tracking.
Insurance may be purchased and items may be expedited at an additional charge upon request!
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail. If insurance is purchased, a claim can be filed with the postal service. Make sure to take photographs of the damaged packages immediately, they are required when filing a claim.
For international orders, most items are shipped using USPS First Class International. Buyers are responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that may apply. I have done my best to estimate shipping cost, if there are any additional charges upon shipping, I will notify you. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. A customs declaration form will directly reflect the contents and cost of the package.
*(Special Note about First Class International: First Class International is the cheapest way to mail packages overseas. I have had good luck with this service but you should know that there is no way to track or insure packages. This is a risk that you the BUYER are taking when choosing this service. I will have proof I sent the package but there will be no way to prove that you didn't get it. )
Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Most items will ship within 3-5 business days.
Scarves & Kerchiefs:
Hand wash in cold water with a pH neutral soap. Hang dry.
Store in dark area. Because items are dyed with natural materials, items may fade due to excessive light and washing. This, too, is a natural process.
Bags & Pouches:
Spot clean, dry flat.
A note about stains: enjoy them! these fibers are made up of plant stains to begin with!
